This community Volunteer Expo will showcase a wide array of volunteering opportunities and encourages individuals of all ages and backgrounds to get involved. Whether you’re interested in supporting social causes, environmental initiatives, healthcare services, or cultural integration, we are hoping to have something for everyone.
Throughout the event, participants will have the chance to connect with various nonprofit organizations and community groups that are actively seeking dedicated volunteers. Engage in meaningful conversations, explore diverse causes, and discover how your unique skills and interests can contribute to the betterment of Sussex and its surrounding areas.
United Way, Horizon Health Network’s Department of Population Health, Sussex & District Chamber of Commerce, Multicultural Association of Sussex, with funding from the Community Capacity and Resiliency Branch of the Department of Justice and Public Safety are proud to host and support this Volunteer Expo as part of their ongoing commitment to community development and fostering a culture of resilience, diversity, and collaboration.

We are also pleased to inform you that following the Volunteer Expo, the Multicultural Association of Sussex will be hosting a training session for those who would like to take part. Be sure to visit their table at the expo for more details.
