Community Round Table

With our purpose of community prosperity in mind, the Sussex & District Chamber of Commerce is partnering with Horizon Health Network’s Department of Population Health and United Way with funding from the Community Capacity and Resiliency branch of the Department of Justice and Public Safety to host a series of community round tables.

The purpose will be to foster collaboration, promote dialogue, and generate solutions that can help to improve the well-being of the community. This session is a follow up session for our gathering on April 21st, however, you are still welcome to attend if you were unable to be there.

It is our hope that this event will establish ongoing communication channels to continue the dialogue and collaboration by bringing people together to work towards a common goal and create positive change in our community.
