The Chamber hosts various events and campaigns throughout the year providing opportunities for collaboration & networking. Participating in our campaigns is a great way to build community outside of your business.
*Events in 2022 continue to be subject to Public Health Guidelines and may need to be moved to a virtual format, postponed or cancelled. We will do our best to provide plenty of notice when changes are necessary.
Registration is available for our 2025 campaigns
The Chamber is hosting four campaigns in 2025 all with the intention of drawing people to our community and into your businesses. This year we have registration for all of these event in one easy form. Simply check off the campaigns that you would like to be a part of.
All businesses within the Kings Regional Service Commission boundaries are invited to participate, but our members will be given extra perks including being listed first on any marketing materials. There’s no cost to participate in these campaigns, but we may ask for a $20 gift card or item to be used as prizes for Love for Local and Chamber Elf Sightings.

Encouraging user-generated content from restaurants, cafés, and bars, this initiative creates valuable referrals. Shared experiences inspire friends and family to visit the area for great food and explore other local businesses nearby. Sponsored by the Downtown Business Association (DBA), this effort provides a powerful way to boost visibility and attract new customers while supporting local businesses.
Love for Local

This campaign is an opportunity to thank the community for supporting local businesses while aiming to drive customers to your location. Sponsored by the Sussex Downtown Business Association (DBA) and hosted by the Chamber, it encourages engagement and highlights the importance of local loyalty. It’s a great chance to show appreciation for the ongoing support that strengthens our businesses and community.
Hot Air Balloon Ride Giveaway

Boost foot traffic to your business around the time of the Atlantic Balloon Fiesta! By participating in the Hot Air Balloon Ride Giveaway campaign, you’ll encourage visitors to explore your location. This is a great chance for local exposure and engagement!
Chamber Elf Sightings

Our elves love visiting so many great businesses during the holiday season! At each stop, we share pictures to showcase the business. This year, we’re making some exciting changes! Instead of an Elfie Selfie, visitors can scan a QR code to enter the contest when they find the elf at participating locations. We invite businesses to sign up to host an elf, offering a fun way to engage customers and highlight your business during the festive season.
